What measurements are used in the Net Loss/Gain and Progress measurement sets?

When two or more scans are loaded, Styku displays a “Biggest areas of change” summary at the top of the Dashboard tab. This section shows four summed progress measurements — each is a combination of individual circumference measurements from the Body Measurements list.

The total sum of all three regional sets below (Torso + Neck & Arms + Legs).

  • Chest
  • Waist (Narrowest)
  • Waist (Abdominal)
  • Waist (Lower)
  • High Hip
  • Hip
  • Neck
  • Average of Bicep Left and Bicep Right
  • Average of Forearm Left and Forearm Right
  • Average of Thigh Left Upper and Thigh Right Upper
  • Average of Mid-Thigh Left and Mid-Thigh Right
  • Average of Calf Left and Calf Right

The software compares the sum of each measurement set from the first loaded scan against the sum from the most recent loaded scan. The difference is the reported progress value for that set.
