Styku Customer Terms of Service — Assignment
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Customers may not assign or transfer the agreement to another party without Styku’s prior written consent. An exception exists for assignments to a successor entity resulting from a merger, sale of assets, or change of control, provided the successor is not a Styku competitor. Styku may freely assign the agreement to a Styku affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Section titled “Full Policy Text”You will not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent, except that you may assign this Agreement to a successor by reason of merger, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of your assets, change of control or operation of law, provided such successor is not a competitor of ours. We may assign this Agreement to any Styku Affiliate or in the event of merger, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of our assets, change of control or operation of law.
