Section titled “Summary”The Refurbished Unit Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from a refurbished unit purchase must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, following the dispute resolution procedures outlined in Styku’s standard Equipment & Software Terms. Court proceedings are not the applicable venue for disputes under this agreement.

Section titled “Full Policy Text”7.1 Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
7.2 Arbitration Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, pursuant to the dispute resolution procedures in Styku’s standard Equipment & Software Terms.
