What is the Styku onboarding checklist?
Overview
Section titled “Overview”After purchasing a Styku scanner, customers are guided through a six-task onboarding checklist in the Business Portal. The checklist tracks progress and links to required resources.
The Six Onboarding Tasks
Section titled “The Six Onboarding Tasks”1. Complete the Styku Studio Training Course
Section titled “1. Complete the Styku Studio Training Course”Work through the self-paced Styku Studio Training Course in the Business Portal for a guided walkthrough of the scanner, Studio software, and the Business Portal at your own pace.
2. Add Additional Team Members
Section titled “2. Add Additional Team Members”Invite staff or managers to the portal so they can access training, resources, and support tools.
3. Complete Certification Course 1: Software Features, Scan Analysis, and Reports
Section titled “3. Complete Certification Course 1: Software Features, Scan Analysis, and Reports”Learn how to set up and use Styku’s body scanning software, analyze results, and share reports with clients.
4. Complete Certification Course 2: Health Assessments and Body Composition Analysis
Section titled “4. Complete Certification Course 2: Health Assessments and Body Composition Analysis”Covers health assessment methods and body composition analysis. This course unlocks the Advanced (Phoenix) Body Composition Model for your account.
Note: On Styku Studio there is no code to enter — turn on the Advanced model in Settings → Styku AI → Phoenix (it is already the default). A certification code was only required on a previous version of Styku Studio. See this help article for the steps.
5. Set Up Your Scanner
Section titled “5. Set Up Your Scanner”Follow the hardware setup instructions to physically install and configure the scanner.
6. Complete Your First Scan
Section titled “6. Complete Your First Scan”Power on the scanner and complete a test scan. Perform two additional scans to verify the scanner’s precision.
