How much does the Health Screen cost and how do scan credits work?
The Health Screen module is currently available only to HealthPass providers. It is coming to other Styku customers in the future, but there is no release date yet. If you are a US-based customer who wants access now, the only route today is to become a HealthPass provider — see https://www.styku.com/healthpass to apply. Outside the United States, the Health Screen is not yet available (HealthPass is a US-only program).
For HealthPass providers there is no monthly fee for the module. Instead it runs on scan credits: each Health Screen you deliver uses one credit, and your client pays you for the screen. Your only variable cost is the credit.
What the Health Screen is
Section titled “What the Health Screen is”The Health Screen turns a standard Styku scan into a Preventative Body Scan. It reports risk indicators across more than 20 diseases and conditions, including metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and non-genetic cancer risk, with an AI Guided Review that walks the client through their results on their phone and in Styku Studio. Health Screen results are also added to the PDF scan report.
In Styku Studio Version 6 a HealthPass provider can sell a Preventative Body Scan (or a bundle) at the scanner, and a client can upgrade any eligible standard scan to a Preventative Body Scan without re-scanning, in Studio or in the Styku mobile app.
What a credit costs (HealthPass providers)

Volume rates apply from 25 credits up. HealthPass providers start with promotional Health Screen credits at launch. Once those are used, each screen draws a purchased credit.
Credits are bought in the HealthPass Provider Portal, and the balance is usable in Styku Studio immediately. Discount codes are no longer used.
What the consumer pays
Section titled “What the consumer pays”HealthPass providers set the price of a Preventative Body Scan at their location. The published consumer price is $149 per scan through HealthPass, and many locations charge around $199. Whatever you charge above the credit cost is your margin.

Payment runs through the built-in payment gateway, which accepts card, FSA and HSA payments. Guest checkout lets a client pay in the browser without creating an account.
Client vs Partner (HealthPass Provider)
Section titled “Client vs Partner (HealthPass Provider)”HealthPass providers can operate in two ways:
- Client. You buy credits at wholesale, sell Preventative Body Scans however you like (bundled into programs or on their own), and keep 100% of what you charge.
- Partner (HealthPass Provider). Everything in Client, plus revenue share from Styku-driven sales: your clients can buy Health Screen upgrades in the Styku mobile app at the preferred $149 price and you keep $104.30 (70%) of each; consumers who buy on tryhealthpass.com and scan at your location earn you $10 per completed marketplace scan; and you get provider marketing tools, a public listing in the HealthPass locations map, and certification courses. Activation costs nothing.

Blood test kits
Section titled “Blood test kits”HealthPass providers can buy the General Wellness at-home blood test panel in fixed packs of 10 at $149 per kit ($1,490 per pack) and resell it at the $199 consumer price, a $50 margin per kit. Results are physician-reviewed and delivered to the client in the Styku mobile app. The same margin applies whether you operate as a Client or a Partner. Blood testing is available in the United States only.
Outside the United States
Section titled “Outside the United States”The Health Screen module, scan credits, HealthPass Provider streams, and blood testing are not currently available outside the United States. HealthPass is a US-only program. There is no release date for international availability.
Consumer-side HealthPass pricing (for reference)
Section titled “Consumer-side HealthPass pricing (for reference)”Consumers can also buy directly at https://www.tryhealthpass.com: a one-time Preventative Body Scan for $149, or a HealthPass Membership for $499 per year (four Preventative Body Scans, one physician-reviewed blood test, and an in-person consultation). Both are HSA and FSA eligible and redeemable at HealthPass locations.
