Summary
Section titled “Summary”Styku’s total liability under the consignment agreement is capped at the payout amount ($2,000). Styku is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Styku is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage that occur before confirmed warehouse receipt. Importantly, Styku does not guarantee that a unit will be resold, at what price, or within any particular timeframe.
