What are my options if my Styku subscription costs more than I want to pay?
Most pricing concerns are solved by matching the plan to what your team actually uses. Work through the options below in order; the first one that fits is usually the whole answer. Every price here is a current published rate, and support will confirm which apply to your account.
1. Check which plan fits
Section titled “1. Check which plan fits”Every plan reads the same scan. The difference is which specialty modules (Aesthetics & Sculpting, Fitness & Weight-Loss, Posture & Alignment) are switched on. Open https://www.styku.com/modules and check which module tabs your team opens regularly. Many customers find they use one or none.
2. Access at $199/mo
Section titled “2. Access at $199/mo”Access includes the Dashboard (150+ biometrics, 3D viewer, body composition, circumferences, trends), unlimited standard scans, goals and progress, PDF reports, CSV export, and the Styku Mobile App for your clients. If you do not rely on a specialty module, this is the right plan, and no plan is priced below it.
3. Access plus the one module you use
Section titled “3. Access plus the one module you use”Any single specialty module can be added to Access for $100/mo. Existing customers moving from a legacy plan (Growth, Pro, legacy Enterprise Plan) pay $50/mo per module, so Access plus one module is $249/mo. This is the most common fit for customers who were on the Pro Plan.
If you use two or more specialty modules, Elite is the better value: $299/mo for existing customers moving from a legacy plan, $499/mo list ($349/mo limited-time intro) for new customers. Elite includes all three specialty modules (Aesthetics & Sculpting, Fitness & Weight-Loss, and Posture & Alignment). The Health Screen will also be included in Elite for these customers when it launches.
4. Understanding your invoice if you were migrated to Elite
Section titled “4. Understanding your invoice if you were migrated to Elite”If you are a legacy customer who was migrated to Elite, your invoice will show Elite at $399/month with a $100/month “legacy customer discount” applied, so your actual charge is $299/month. This is expected — the discount line reflects your status as an existing customer and is applied automatically. If you see $399 before the discount line, that is the list price; the line below it brings your total to $299.
5. Price hold for customers already paying $219/mo or more
Section titled “5. Price hold for customers already paying $219/mo or more”If your current software subscription is $219 a month or more, you are not migrated and your price does not change. This hold is confirmed and applies automatically — no action is needed on your part.
6. Annual prepay
Section titled “6. Annual prepay”Annual prepay is available on request for any plan. Ask support for the current annual terms.
7. If you still want to cancel
Section titled “7. If you still want to cancel”You can cancel at any time by submitting a request through the Business Portal. Support confirms the effective date in writing. If you are cancelling because you no longer use the scanner, ask about the Consignment (Buyback) Program in the same ticket. See How do I cancel my Styku subscription?
Per Styku’s Early Cancellation policy, prepaid or unused subscription fees are not refunded, and any unpaid fees through the end of your current term become due on cancellation.
How to make the change
Section titled “How to make the change”Plan changes are made by the Styku support team. Submit a ticket through the Styku Business Portal at https://www.styku.com/portal and state which plan (and module, if any) you want. Include your business name and the email address on your account. Support confirms the plan and effective date in writing. If you are a multi-location operator or have a signed agreement with specific terms, mention that so the right person handles it.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name, the plan you are on, which modules your team uses, and the plan or module you want.
Applies to: All Styku software subscriptions, all scanner models
