What is the Styku charge on my credit card statement?
If you see a charge from Styku on your credit card statement, it is most likely your monthly or annual software subscription payment. An active subscription is required to use your Styku scanner.
Why You Are Being Charged
Section titled “Why You Are Being Charged”Every Styku scanner requires an active software subscription to operate. Without it, the scanner cannot perform scans. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period, which is why the charge appears regularly on your statement.
The charge will appear on your statement with a description similar to STYKU [PLAN NAME] LOS ANGELES.
Subscription Plans
Section titled “Subscription Plans”Styku’s current software plans are:
- Access — $199/month
- Elite ($499/mo list price for new customers; existing customers moving from a legacy plan see $399/mo with a $100/mo legacy customer discount, so they pay $299/mo)
- A single specialty module added to Access — $100/month ($50/month for existing customers moving from a legacy plan)
- Enterprise — custom pricing arranged with the sales team
You may also see a legacy plan name (Growth Plan, Pro Plan, Enterprise Plan) until your subscription moves to a current plan; see [Styku plan migration: what is changing, when it takes effect, and your options]. A charge described as a hardware lease, installment or repayment plan, or Styku Care, is a separate hardware or warranty product, not the software plan.
Your plan name will appear in the charge description on your statement. For a full breakdown of what’s included in each plan, see [What are Styku’s business pricing plans?].
